What Feera means
Feera is the first two syllables of Feerasta, the family name. The name carries firāsat (فراست), the Urdu word for insight: knowing at a glance who belongs with whom. In Portuguese and Spanish, padel's homeland, feira and feria mean the fair, the gathering, the day the whole town shows up. And in English the sound lands on fair.
So the product does three things the name promises. It knows who should play with whom. It makes every night a gathering. And it is fair: to the club, which keeps its gate and its players; and to the player, whose level is earned, not assigned.
Why clubs, and why Lahore first
Padel in Pakistan is growing faster than the tools that run it. Clubs are listed on aggregators that keep the customer relationship and take a cut of every booking. We think the club should own its players, its data and its brand, and pay one flat fee for software that works the way Lahore plays: Raast, JazzCash and Easypaisa, WhatsApp reminders, night slots, and split-pay so nobody drops out over money.
We are starting with our first Lahore clubs now. That is why founder pricing exists.
